This invention will definitely prove as an advantage to people who can detect abnormal events happening in their bodies and thereby can be prepared. Now we are living in the era of “smart phones”. Such type of technological advancement was not imagined few decades back. Similarly the era of “smart clothes” may sound impossible but there are researches and experiment in making this invention a success. Few years down the line these clothes may be a reality.

Mr Hughes said that the increased sales are partly down to men liking the extra insulation that tights afford as well as the perceived health benefit of improving blood circulation to the legs.

Natalie Theo, the Daily Mail’s fashion editor, said: ‘The whole concept of men in tights is absolutely ridiculous - it sounds like the title to a Monty Python film.

‘It simply cannot see that there would be a market for it, unless they are for men who like to dress up as women.

Not only are more and more men wearing tights on the High Street - they are also likely to become increasingly popular in the air.

Aviation health experts recommend that all air travellers wear special ‘high pressure’ travel tights to combat jet lag and deep vein thrombosis.

The Aviation Health Institute revealed that because there can be up to 25 per cent less oxygen in aircraft cabins, oxygen starvation is a key factor in jet leg.

The institute claimed that ravel tights can help increase the flow of oxygenated blood back to the heart by up to 30 per cent by putting pressure on specific muscles.
