Do not ever think that Anchor Blue is going bankrupt or something. In fact, the distributing company is getting bigger especially now that they are going to open their 10 new stores by next year. So what’s their reason for not renewing the contract with Montag? Well, they simply don’t want to do anything with Heidiwood anymore.
None of the two parties would like to comment on the non-renewal of the contract but Anchor Blue gave a safe comment on the issue. “We just felt that the one year was a great year for both of us, and we’re looking into other options,” an Anchor Blue spokesperson explained.
Anchor Blue further stated that they really want to explore and they realize that their exploration does not include a celebrity fashion brand. Their stores should be about fashion and comfort in one and this is the reason why they want to accomplish their own brand.
